In plain words. Stubs is a free app for following football. Use it for fun and personal use. The scores and data come from third parties and can occasionally be wrong or delayed, so don't rely on it for anything important (like betting). We're not affiliated with any official competition.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Stubs ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. The information in the app

Scores, fixtures, line-ups, squads, standings and statistics are provided by third-party data sources for general information only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on the app for betting, wagering, or any decision where accuracy or timeliness matters.

4. Not official

Stubs is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any league, federation, club, governing body, or competition organizer. Team names, fixtures and results are factual information. "App Store" and "Apple" are trademarks of Apple Inc.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt or overload our services, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The Stubs name, branding, design and original artwork belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, or from reliance on any information it displays.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page.
